Mass. Police Shooting Suspect Held Without Bail
The man accused of killing a Mass. police officer along with an innocent bystander, is being held without bail. Twenty-year-old Emanuel Lopes has been arraigned for two counts of murder in front of a gallery packed with police officers. (July 17)
