California lawmaker arrested after daughter reports spanking to teacher
A California lawmaker accused of child cruelty is speaking out, saying he intended to discipline his 7-year-old daughter with a spanking. State Assemblyman Joaquin Arambula was arrested but now is home with his three children. The children were briefly removed by Child Protective Services. Jericka Duncan reports....
