Information: It is the instructor that makes the class and our Master and Senior instructors can actually DO what they teach... they don’t just teach it, they DO IT! The majority of our students are not kids...they are older adults. Our kids classes are on Tue and Fri, however any student may attend any class, Tue, Wed, Thur or Fri or all classes.
